I wouldn't normally get in touch with a 'testimonial' like this, but I really feel that my instructor deserves it!

I visited Blackpool last week on the 12th and 13th of July for a 2 day intensive course with Paul A as my instructor.

I haven't had a proper driving lesson for over 10 years and was very nervous before I got into the car for the first time - I was even more nervous before I got into the car for my test!!

Paul constantly reassured me and focused on the areas that I needed to improve on, without ever putting me under any pressure.

I'm pleased to say that, after just 8 hours of proper driving instruction, I passed my test at the first attempt with just 2 minor faults!

This was something that I had put off doing for years and I don't think that I could have done it without Learndrive or Paul - well worth the money!!

I returned from a shared 30 hours driving course on 4th June 2010. I passed my test with only one minor. That is all down to Steve Smith who was absolutely brilliant. He kept calm and patient throughout the whole course and I was sharing with a beginner, which at first I wasn't too keen on as I felt I wouldn't learn anything, but throughout Steve kept telling me I was learning from the other persons mistakes and constant feedback amd he was right. He had confidence in me when I was low and thought I'd made a big mistake going on the course. So thank you learndrive for offering the course and a big big thank you to Steve for being supportive and excellent at keeping me positive. I've recommended the course to several people as I really did enjoy it. I don't think I would've been able to cope on the solid 30 hours driving but the shared was brilliant. Hey I would just love to say a big thank you to the brilliant tuition from the driving instructor Kevin Jackson and to Lynn and Dave from the Nevelle Hotel, Gynn Avenue . I went on a 2 day 10 hour shared course and thoroughly enjoyed it. Kevin was absolutely amazing and really perfects his ability as an instructor. He corrected the mistakes i went wrong and made me a better driver all around. Even my parents have said my driving has improved 100% since finishing the course on Thursday 22nd April and passing my test with only 2 Minors !!!

I really did wish i went on this course from the beginning as i have benefited from it dramatically. I WOULD DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE AND PERSONALLY ASK FOR KEVIN !!

I recently took the one to one 5 day course and would just like to express my thanks to albert and lynda from hazeldene for their lovely hospitality and a special thanks to mark the driving instructor.Although i didn't pass i learnt far more from mark (and gained loads of confidence) than any other instructor i ever had.I would highly and most definitly recommend the course to anyone thinking of learning to drive. I have just completed the 5 day shared course and just wanted to say a big thank you to learndrive & to Steve Smith for getting me through my test. I didn't let my nerves get the better of me this time and thought 5 minors was excellent. Hi i'm marc just to say a special thanks to everyone at learndrive, especially James Alan for getting me test ready with a 2 day intensive course. PASSED at Preston test centre with only 2 minors. Has got to be one of the greatest acheivements of my life..... well worth every penny to whoever may be considering doing one of these course's...I WOULD RECOMEND IT..And again many many thanks....:) :)

 

Its J***** Clarke i did the ten hr course but didnt pass, well  2 weeks later with the experience and confidence i had gained I took my test (19 May) and passed yippee, was well worth coming down.  Many thanks im soooooooooooooo pleased.

 

I would like to thank Leslie, my instructor that i had between 2nd may and 5th may, without his experience and patience i would not be a full licence holder. Although i have 36 years of driving experience i felt i had a lot of bad habits and told Leslie of this and although after being out with him during instruction he told me my driving was good and safe he set about sorting out the bad habits and getting me to be a lot more observant in my driving and that was an eye opener,as my previous observations were not anywhere near required standards to pass. I must say to any learner looking to come to your school that i took the 4 day course and feel that although i have a lot of experience i would not have been happy taking anything less knowing what is required and to be confident enough to go to the test centre on the day.You only get what you pay for and i did. Being under the instruction of Leslie was excellent and he tells you as it is with no messing around and i have to say that i felt the test on the day at test centre was a breeze compared to what he put me through and prepared me for ,believe me,if a learner is instructed by him and they pay attention to him,and don't make any silly mistakes on the day then they will pass with flying colours. Money well spent  and an instructor not to forget. Regard and best wishes to Leslie and all at Learndrive.

Im 17 years old and passed my test First time.

Just to let you know that after passing my test on the Friday I bought a car on the Sunday (see pics).  I would like to thank Darren for getting me to test standard.  I still think that he is a very brave man :)  I went from being really nervous to really enjoying driving in one week.  The quality of tuition was excellent..  The hotel was very confortable and Linda and Albert added the personal touches that made my stay so pleasant. I wanted to give some feedback on my experience with learndrive ltd.

I booked the 5 day course and came up from London. From booking I was impressed with learndrive, from the cost, professionalism and then from how organised things were. I opted to not stay in the hotel due to members of family coming. My instructor Michael picked me up everyday from my accommodation and dropped me off at the end of the day. He helped me through the 5 days and I achieve my full driving licence. Michael was very patient with me and gave me lots of advise.

I would recommend this course to anyone wishing to learn to drive and from my experience I will be recommending learndrive.

I have just returned home form a 7 day intensive 1-2-1 driving course with Learndrive.  I had no driving experience prior to starting and thanks to my instructor, Darren, I passed my practical driving test.  He was always patient, and gave great guidance and tips.  The course was an excellent learning experience and everyday my driving improved.  The accomodation was great and all the learner drivers could discuss their days adventures over dinner- sharing stories and advice!!  It was a great experience and I am very grateful to Darren for being a wonderful teacher and helping me achieve one of lifes great challenges- passing your driving test!!

I had been driving before and Mark new this however he could see I needed to tidy some of my driving   I have had a couple of driving instructors before and I have to say MARK ALLEN is the best, I would recommend to anyone out there who may be reading this or to friends who I would recommend to go to Balckpool and have your lessons............ I feel compelled to write to you after successfully passing my driving test today, thanks to the impressive driving instruction given to me by Dave. I had an intensive driving course with Dave being my instructor. I have to say that Dave is by far the best instructor I have ever had. Immediately making me feel comfortable in the car and passing on his wealth of knowledge in a effortless way, that speaks volumes for the standard of instruction at Learndrive. I must thank Dave in getting me through my test his instruction definitely made the difference between a pass and fail for me. Well done Dave!

I just wanted to say a HUGE thankyou to Darren for making me pass my driving test in just 7 days!! When i came on this course i didn't think i would be able to learn and take in so much information but Darren made this happen and taught me so much. I passed first time! and i'm very grateful for your help. I really enjoyed the week in Blackpool, i had alot of fun and everyone was so friendly! I had failed my driving test 5 times and was really anxious about taking my test again for the 6th time.  David was my instructor and he was absoulutely amazing. His approach to teaching me enabled after 10 hours to pass my test with 2 minors. I will be recommending your school to all my friends and colleagues. hi just a thank you to Darren for helping me break bad habits and learn to drive correctly, he was so patient and understanding and i passed on 9th May 2008, i still cant beleive it! all the instructors i met were polite and very nice, im 50 next year and if i can do it any one can, thank you for all your help, you have changed my life.

of course you can add my feedback, worth every penny this course, and the people in the hotel were so welcoming to me, made lots of new friends too

Huge thanks to your company for organizing the course and to Darren who helped me and my colleague to prepare for and successfully pass the driving tests in February. Darren is an absolutely excellent instructor, in only a day's shared course he managed to focus on all the rights things to make sure we pass right away. I guess this wasn't an easy task for him because I should say I previously only drove on the right hand side in Europe and I only drove an automatic transmission here in the UK before the course! I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Darren for helping me pass my 
driving test in Kendall last Thursday (10th April). He was so patient, 
supportive and understanding of my weaknesses and remained positive 
through out the course (something i wasn't!!)
I did the 2 day 10 hour course and it was enough driving and plenty of 
tuition on manoveres which i was never that confident with, but Darren 
helped me overcome my fears and i actually can do them really well now!!

I am writing to thank your company for the excellent service I received recently when I came on a seven day residential course. I took my test at the end of the week and passed first time with four minors! I started driving at the start of February meaning I had only been driving eight weeks when I passed on the 4th of April 2008. I would like to say a huge thank you to Darren who is an excellent and patient teacher and we had a great laugh contemplating the large amount of 'warning-ducks crossing' signs that you have in Blackpool! I am now doing a Pass Plus course to get my 'road legs' as it were and my instructor was really surprised that I exceeded expectations when I drove in Liverpool during rush hour and wasn't fazed- this is obviously tantamount to the brilliant teaching I received. It feels very weird to be able to take myself out rather than waiting for lifts- the freedom is great!

After passing in such a short time period my older brother's only consolation was that he got three minors :) Darren- your lucky hat obviously works! (though I'm not sure about the mints?)

would just like to say a big THANKYOU to Steve for helping me pass my driving test second time round on the 7th of March 08! I have barely got out of the car since!! I will happily recommend this course to some of the other people i know who are trying to get on the road!! It was a long way to go to do a driving test but well worth the 9 hour coach trip!! I just wanted to say that I have passed my driving test with only three minor faults.
The arendale hotel was a lovely place to stay the couple there were a delight and very accommodating.
More importantly, barry was a first class driving instructor who radically improved my driving skills in a short space of time.  He is polite, friendly and promoted learning and development all the time I was behind the wheel.
His test preparation was second to none and I felt confident to pass.
He is without a doubt a credit to your business and I wish him and your business the best of luck for the future.
