The pass agreement means that should you not pass your practical test then you can return for extra tuition, before your next and any subsequent test. This means that you can receive up to 15 hours structured tuition over a three month period COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.

The pass agreement lasts three months from the last day of your course.

The free tuition will possibly be on a shared basis and consists of upto 5 hours of tuition (in one day) inclusive of test time per month and four weeks notice is required. The period of the pass agreement cannot be extended for any reason whatsoever. This instructor may or may not be the same as the instructor from your original course
